Welcome to the OISB 2009 Symposium website page for companies and vendors. Company and vendor participation has greatly strengthened our goal to promote systems biology and scientific collaborations among the scientific community. The success of these collaborations depends greatly upon the access to available technology, companies who partner with researchers to development new technologies, and companies who provide funding and service for research initiatives.

The focus of the 2009 "Progress in Systems Biology" Symposium is on systems biology as it relates to the “brain and mind”. For this symposium, we are bringing together a group of scientists from various scientific backgrounds that use proteomics, genomics, mathematical modeling, and bioinformatics in a systems biology approach for neurosciences.

Your company can partner with OISB for the 2009 "Progress in Systems Biology Symposium" in one of the following ways:

OPTION 1: Basic Registration:

Fee: $800.00 ($1000.00 after March 23, 2009)

ONE representative can attend the conference and set up a booth. This registration fee covers the cost of the booth, the food, and the entrance fee to the wine and cheese reception for the one representative. The registration fee for additional representatives sharing the booth is $180.00 ($220.00 after March 23, 2009).

OPTION 2: Basic Registration and Company Advertisement:

Fee: $1000.00 ($1200.00 after March 23, 2009)

ONE representative can attend the conference and set up a booth. This registration fee covers the cost of the booth, the food, and the entrance fee to the wine and cheese reception for the one representative. Company advertisement is also covered in this price and your company logo will be posted on the OISB Symposium Website, printed in the symposium program, and information that your company provides (e.g. brochures) will be included in our symposium program packages. The registration fee for additional representatives sharing the booth is $180.00 ($220.00 after March 23, 2009).

OPTION 3: Sponsorships:

Fee: $2500.00 or more

There are specific events that your company can sponsor for the 2009 "Progress in Systems Biology Symposium and we hope your company can partner with us to help fund these events. Company sponsorships of $2,500.00 or more will automatically entitle the company to:

- registrations for two company representatives (includes food and entrance to the wine and cheese).

- one booth.

- advertising for your company on the OISB Symposium Website, your company logo will be printed in our program booklet, and any information that your company provides will be placed in our information packages.

- company logos will be placed at the event sponsored.
